On 10th June as part of the Rapha Nocturne ride, British Architect Ben Cousins and Chairman of Chairman of think tank New London Architecture Peter Murray will pedal the course of the Concours D’Elegance Circuit on Velosophy bikes.
The event, organised by Peter himself, promotes more considerate road use and sharing of space within the City’s narrow, densely populated streets. The results from a recent survey conducted by the The City of London Corporation found that these conditions increased the risk of conflict between cyclists and pedestrians. Concours D’Elegance is a prominent event coinciding with the London Festival of Architecture.
Architect Peter, Chairman of think tank New London Architecture, has been organising charity cycle rides for the past decade, including an annual ride from London to MIPIM in Cannes.
Peter is the mastermind behind the Concours d’Elegance which was launched last year as part of the London Nocturne.
Ben Cousins, Founding Director of award winning practice Cousins and Cousins Architects. Ben joins Peter annually on the MIPIM pilgrimage cycling an epic 1500KMs each year.
